8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of wholesale gas products:

  • Returns are not accepted unless goods are proven defective
  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Documentation and evidence may be required

Refunds or replacements are issued at the discretion of Pure Gas Group.

9. COMPLIANCE & DOCUMENTATION

Pure Gas Group supplies products that meet EU food-grade standards where applicable.

The buyer is responsible for:

  • Compliance within their country or territory
  • Proper licensing, storage, and resale
  • Ensuring downstream customers comply with regulations

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Pure Gas Group shall not be liable for:

  • Improper use of products
  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Regulatory action taken against buyers or resellers

Liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
