We supply products exclusively to trade, wholesale, and distribution partners. We do not sell to consumers or private individuals.

2. ELIGIBILITY & WHOLESALE STATUS

By accessing this website or contacting Pure Gas Group, you confirm that:

  • You are purchasing for professional or commercial use only
  • You are not acting as a consumer

Pure Gas Group reserves the right to request business verification before supplying any products.

3. WHOLESALE ONLY – NO RETAIL SALES

The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring products are used, stored, transported, and resold in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations within their operating territory.

5. ORDERS & MINIMUM QUANTITIES

  • All orders are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQ)
  • Pallet or bulk orders apply
  • Orders are confirmed only once accepted by Pure Gas Group

Pure Gas Group reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion.

6. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • Prices are provided on a trade basis only
  • Pricing may change without notice
  • Payment terms are agreed on a case-by-case basis

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Delivery terms are agreed per order
  • Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are dispatched
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
